What exactly are you selling?

For a very small subscription ($10/month) we offer our subscribers monthly packs of custom digital files for 3D printing. All our characters are sculpted digitally by a team of talented 3D sculptors. These files can then be printed at home and used for tabletop gaming, RPG (like Dungeons & Dragons), miniature painting or simply collecting

Do you sell the printed miniatures?

We do not. We offer the pre-supported STL files so our subscribers can print themselves at home.

What kind of printer do I need?

Our files work with any resin 3D printer model. We do not recommend using FDM printers for our files (you can try printing the bigger ones with FDM, but in that case we do not offer pre-supported versions).

Are your files pre-supported?

Yes, all of our files are pre-supported in 32 mm scale (except for the busts, which are pre-supported in something around the ⅛ scale) and test printed multiple times before we make them available to our subscribers. Although this practice drastically reduces the chances of failure, resin 3D printing is dependent on a high number of variables (temperature, personal settings, printer model, resin used, etc.), so we can’t be 100% certain that you’ll succeed. If you have a print failure, drop us a line and we’ll be more than happy to help!

In which format will I get the files?

You’ll have access to both PRE-SUPPORTED and UNSUPPORTED versions in STL files. The PRE-SUPPORTED versions also comes with the Lychee Slicer file (.LYS) so you can make your own adjustments if you wish.

Can I share or sell the files?

You can’t. All the files are for personal use only (you can print, paint, use in your game table and share the pictures, but you can’t sell or share the files). In the past we offered a small batch of Merchant licenses but they are currently sold out.

How do I subscribe?

It’s simple! You just have to hit “subscribe now” in our home page (or click here!). Then you’ll type your name, email, choose your preferred payment method (we accept Credit Card and PayPal) and, if the payment is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to a page to create your login and password. That’s it!

How do I access my files?

Just go to the home page and at the top right you’ll find the link to Log In. Type your email and password and you’re in. Happy printing!

Is my subscription automatically renewed each month?

Yes. For either PayPal or Credit Card the subscription is automatically renewed.

Do you offer Loyalty Rewards?

Yes. We started offering Loyalty Rewards in 2022. If you stay subscribed for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months in a row, you’ll receive an exclusive and amazing miniature, with even higher detail and expression!

If I cancel my subscription do I still keep my files?

Yes, and we also always share our files through MyMiniFactory at the beginning of the next month. So if you subscribed, expect to receive all your files in your library in MyMiniFactory in the next month (just make sure you have an account there using the same email you used to subscribe here).
